The board shown is a concept inspired by boards created by the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust through engagement with the Nursing and Midwifery Forum.
They took feedback gathered in a National Inpatient Survey to include sections like ‘What Matters to Me’ and expected discharge date.

Exact board designs will be tailored to your Trust’s individual needs and could be attached to the wall, or bed. We think it’s best to be removable so it can be filled in off the wall, and transferred as patients move around the hospital or ward.
